Free Initial
Consultation
(20 Minutes)
Phone consultation during which I will gather preliminary information, ask/answer questions and assess if my services are suitable for your child's needs.
Evaluation
(90 Minutes)
A thorough evaluation of child which includes gathering information through caregiver interview, standardized/non-standardized testing, observations, analysis of results, written evaluation report and parent/caregiver education.
OT Treatment session
(53 Minutes)
Treatment based on the personalized plan of care written during the evaluation process.
AN OT EVALUATION IS REQUIRED FOR TREATMENTS!
Caregiver consultation
(60 Minutes)
1 hour consultation session during which I provide parents and care-givers with general tools and strategies to assist the child in the day-to-day routines.
(This is not a direct treatment with the child and does not require an evaluation or a referral from the child's physician).
Can be performed via telehealth or in person.
